What we collect

When you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), your child's age, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information only to answer your message and talk with you about our services. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Services that handle it for us

Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security. Resend delivers contact form messages to our inbox, and Google Workspace hosts our email. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit. Each of these companies handles your information only to provide its service.

Health information

Please don't send detailed medical information through the contact form or email. We'll go over your child's history together once we connect. If your child becomes a client, their health information is protected under HIPAA and described in the Notice of Privacy Practices we give you at intake.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as we need them to respond and keep a record of our conversations. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Children

This website is meant for parents and caregivers. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. We don't track visitors across websites, so browser Do Not Track signals don't change how this site works.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
